  Hi Eleanor,

  I'm very sorry you received those items.

  They have been removed and the users have been disabled.

  I will monitor all SnaffleUp items and remove any inappropriate items in the future.

  We are working on improving SnaffleUp to make it more user friendly and less easy for users to spam.

  If you do see an inappropriate item make sure you click the inappropriate link on the item. If enough users do this then the item will be removed from the site.

  I have recently received offers which are 1. inappropriate (live animals) and 2. way out of my area (254 miles, 255 miles and over 3000 miles respectively!) Has your address list been compromised?
