I will monitor all SnaffleUp items and remove any inappropriate items in the future.

We are working on improving SnaffleUp to make it more user friendly and less easy for users to spam.

If you do see an inappropriate item make sure you click the inappropriate link on the item. If enough users do this then the item will be removed from the site.

I'm still waiting for the verification email for the main site - While I have been waiting I have posted another message in your "Improving SnaffleUp" system. The email verification for the improvement suggestion has arrived before the email verification for the main site. It's been at least 10 minutes now since I registered and this is the second improvement suggestion I've made in that time!

These are basic errors that will very quickly turn your users off - your site appears to run on advertising. Without users you're not going to get revenue. Happy users will increase your net promoter score and increase your traffic which will, in turn, increase your revenue. I'm sure you must have my email address so you know where to come if you want any more help with UX/Systems strategies.

Improve the postcode recognition

Currently the search does not recognise the first part of my postcode alone. I don't think this is to do with the post code itself as the full code works fine. It is, however, a little annoying to be told that the post code is not recognised when I enter only the first part. As a usability and user experience specialist I wonder how many users have simply given up, thinking that their area was not covered by your service. One solution could be, if your software can recognise that the data is part of a postcode but is still unable to deliver any results, you could display a better error message such as "Could you be a bit more specific, please?"

Your website is wonderful, but unfortunately there is virtually nothing available!
